God created the earth and all living things after their kind for man to have dominion over and to enjoy.  Man was created with mental capability well beyond that of the animals with the ability to reason, plan, make decisions, and invent.  God, through the power of His spirit, gives man the full opportunity to become His spiritual creation as a member of the God family.
