There are 7 or 8 Hebrew and Greek words for “Fear of God.”  When evaluated point out that there are three stages one goes through in this process: (1). Human Fear of Physical Consequences; (2). To fear God is to seen the end result of sin and righteousness, and (3). To fear God is internalize tenderness of feelings in personal emotion to a great and unquestioning love.
